The Answer
I am a happy KDE user, I use KDE on almost every desktop and even server I have. When KDE 4 out I installed it in my laptop and try to figure it out. My impression at that time is not too happy with it, but well I saw a lot of ambitious design and also the use of Qt 4 library. With the release of KDE 4.2 code name "The Answer" I feel confident to use it in my day-to-day activities. I can live with it now, well there are some glitches, ark shows up several time after reboot, kbluetooth4 also shows the error message if i close it but overall there are improvements in stability, performance and usablity. Kwin desktop effect is running well on my GM45 graphics, while compiz even that it runs still have problem with the window decorator other than emerald. Phonon is great and KDE 3 applications run well and my favorite PIM is amazing 
Thanks to all KDE Developers to make such a wonderful desktop environment, I cannot wait to see 4.3.
As an openSUSE user I use the openSUSE repository at KDE:/KDE4:/Factory. Thanks to openSUSE-KDE team to make it possible and make the KDE 4.2 on openSUSE 11.1 as one of the best KDE 4.2 experience (I saw some complaints for another distributions) at least for my installation
